These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Stays In India. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Using Stays In India
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.
2. Host responsibilities
- Listings must describe the property accurately, including price, availability, and house rules
- Hosts must respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Hosts are responsible for compliance with local rental and subletting regulations
- Subscription plan limits on active listings and photos apply as described at checkout
3. Guest responsibilities
- Guests must use listings only for lawful temporary stays
- Booking inquiries do not guarantee availability until confirmed by the host
- Guests must respect property rules and agreed stay terms
4. Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel a confirmed booking, your refund depends on how far in advance you cancel relative to check-in.

5. Payments and fees
Stays In India charges hosts a monthly subscription fee based on their selected plan. A platform service fee may apply to confirmed bookings as shown at checkout. Rental payments between guests and hosts are arranged directly unless otherwise stated on the platform.
6. Content and conduct
You may not post misleading, offensive, or fraudulent content. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
7. Limitation of liability
Stays In India provides a marketplace platform. We are not a party to rental agreements between hosts and guests. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stays In India is not liable for disputes, property damage, or losses arising from stays arranged through the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Stays In India after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
